Hi to all,
for Pivot 1.5 what do you think to set the requirements to Java 6
Update 10 (or 11, see under) as minimum ?
In my opinion we could already have this as a requirement, but I don't
know if this is good for Mac users, because on other platforms usually
this is not a problem (with the auto-update in Windows and Linux Java
Runtimes usually are already updated), so put this for the 1.5 could
be a good compromise.

This is already our practical (real) requirement, as most Java
applications already has.
But more important, the imminent release of Firefox 3.6 will have the
same requirement, and for example Google Chrome already has this as a
requirement (it wants Java 6 Update 11).

Comments ?
I can add a JIRA ticket for this (some checks should be updated in
build file, in applet pages and jnlp files), tell me.

Bye,
Sandro
