Irrespective of valid "dead link" concern; The main www.apache.org website is managed from SVN https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/infrastructure/site/trunk, and to modify the "Projects", one need to change the 'style' in ./stylesheets/project.xml, then run the build.sh script, followed by committing the changes. IIRC (Martijn do you know this?), you also need to log into people.apache.org, go to /x1/www/www.apache.org and run 'svn up' to bring in those changes. I think PMC Chair has the necessary karma to do all of the above. Otherwise, let me know, and I'll do it...
