1. Complete site re-design work in svn:pivot/site/trunk
2. Update the contents of minotaur:/www/pivot.apache.org to represent
svn:pivot/site/trunk
3. Delete the podling website from /www/incubator.apache.org on
people.apache.org.
4. Update the incubator/site-publish/.htaccess entry to redirect traffic from
the old URLs to the new. (svn location is at
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/public/trunk/site-publish/)
5. Post an announcement to user and development lists
