FYI, the tests project was created because the tests no longer ran after we moved the Terra skin to its own project (didn't discover this until earlier today). The tests couldn't run because they lived in the wtk project, which doesn't (and can't) have a dependency on Terra. The new project depends on core, web, wtk, and wtk-terra and will act as a repository for all integration tests. This was a major oversight, but it has now been corrected.
