I apologize for the confusion. That method is a feature of Pivot 1.2,
which we are currently preparing for release. Although it hasn't been
officially released yet, the documentation and tutorials have been
updated to reflect the 1.2 APIs.
1.2 will hopefully be released soon. In the meantime, you can build it
from SVN. Alternatively, you can grab the RC binaries from the Wiki:

a main method that takes two arguments.
