I think the notion that Form will add some delimiter is probably useful, but
I created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT-242 for this feature
request, which should satisfy your needs (in your case, you'd set it to the
empty string).

I marked this against the 1.4 release, but it's super easy to do, so if you
want it sooner, that's cool too.
