Thanks for your consideration.  I myself am using Pivot in a production
environment for a consulting time & expense reporting application, so from
an abstract sense, I'd recommend Pivot for use in a production
enterprise-class application.  With respect to the specifics of your
situation, I'd recommend browsing Pivot's open feature requests and bugs to
see what is not yet there (http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PIVOT, then
click on "Outstanding" in the "Preset Filters" section).  JIRA accounts are
open to the public, so you'll also be able to file tickets if you run into
any bugs.
