While porting Aseprite project (http://www.aseprite.org) to FreeBSD, I
noticed that they use the private pixmap header pixman-combine32.h (they
took pixman source tree from GitHub).
When I look at this header, I see that it has some generally useful
macros for the pixel data manipulation.
Would you support making pixman-combine32.h a public header? Because
people who want to use these macros will copy this header into their
trees, and this isn't too good.
