In case you haven't seen it, clamav upstream did a round of security updates
last week:

For now I suppose an update to 0.103.6 into sid and (old)stable-updates would be
best, followed by an update to 0.104 into sid later. Looks like 0.105 requires
rust 1.56 which isn't present in bullseye or older yet. We have 1.51 there now
through rustc-mozilla, but that may be updated in the following months for the
upcoming Firefox ESR 102 release.
Thoughts?
