Hi all!

With commit d85df936141af42037831b2d6f5d0bfc491eab83 [1], ecl doesn't
build-depend anymore on xutils.

Ecl builds fine on a clean updated chroot [2] and I checked the
resulting binaries (both the one included in the package, /usr/lib/, as
well as the binary generated at installation time, /usr/bin/ecl) with
ldd and there are no differences WRT the shared libraries they depend
on.

Does anyone remember why the xutils built-dependency was there?

Thx, bye,
Gismo / Luca
