This bug should be reaffected to common-lisp-controller.
Here's a patch to clc that will hush ecl.
On the other hand, is it normal that
/usr/lib/ecl/install-clc.lisp
/usr/lib/sbcl/install-clc.lisp
should be loading /etc/lisp.config instead of /etc/lisp-config.lisp
whereas
/var/lib/dpkg/info/common-lisp-controller.postinst
and
/var/lib/dpkg/info/common-lisp-controller.postrm
do something about a /etc/lisp-config.lisp ???
