Dear all, currently utilities are shipped in the libswordX package.
That makes libswordY conflict with libswordX. If we split utils into a separate package ABI/API transitions are much easier and we can drop conflicts! Due to ABI break in 1.6.2, I'm thinking to make next upload have -utilities split out. Thoughts?
