Ugh. That's a rather embarassing bug I introduced whilst fixing #457355 (allowing multiple files to be specified on the command line). I must admit I didn't try the no parameters version as I "hadn't changed it". :-/ This will be fixed in svn shortly. (FWIW, the problem isn't that debsign can't find the changes file, but that the signing code was moved in to a function which isn't called in the case of no parameters being passed).
