Hello,
if a bug has a patch attached and is tagged +patch, it ends up being a
bit strange prefixing your notice of NMU by “tag + patch”, since it’s
already there, and you’re probably just uploading the existing patch
plus changelog.
I think it could be nice if nmudiff could make a quick SOAP query to
check if the bug is already tagged patch, and skip that part in the mail
if so.
