Here's a code review for some modernization changes:

It makes /usr/bin/vi (and ex and view) be vim instead of the old svr4 vi.
It also introduces /usr/has (for /usr/has/bin ha ha ha) as a place to put
the more, erm, archaic bits of Solaris. Again, this is all experimental,
and has no immediate consequence for OpenSolaris / Solaris, but if it seems
to work out well, we might like to adopt this kind of change there, too.
Anyway, please review on the technical merits; fire up another thread to
discuss the rest.
