Where do we stand wrt pre-remove and post-install scripts ?
I have a considerable pile of software to look at and things like :
fetchmail 6.3.8,REV=2007.10.28 ( http://fetchmail.berlios.de/ )
or
espgs 8.15.4 ( http://www.cups.org/espgs/software.php?8.15.4 )
or
bacula_client 2.2.8,REV=2008.01.28 ( http://www.bacula.org/ )
and 500 others at least :-)
These have a post install script and/or pre-remove scripts in the SVR4 pkg.
I'm wondering how to solve the migration issue with all these packages that
require those actions to be supported.
