I'm not sure if this is specific to indiana or ipkg, but on RC2, if i
create a new zone, the /etc/shadow entry for jack was copied to the
zones /etc/shadow, while the /etc/passwd entry was not.

I didn't see an existing bug, but I thought I'd check to see if this
was a known issue before opening one.
