There is a bug filed on this that I've updated with additional information -
CR1770.
Although the circumstances are similar, in this particlar case the
issue is additional objects were added under usr/openwin in the package
in question and usr/openwin is no longer a directory in Indiana. As
such, the correct fix is actually in the import files that we used to
build the repository.
