These changes in the X packages in Nevada builds will need updates
to the IPS distro-import packages for X:
Nevada build 88:
- 6683039 libXol.so link should be removed from SUNWxwrtl
SUNWxwrtl: remove drop of usr/lib/libXol.so
Nevada build 89:
- 6686836 applications can't find locale.alias to abuse anymore
SUNWxwplt: add drops for compatibility links added to Nevada
packages:
drop usr/openwin/lib/locale
drop usr/openwin/lib/locale/locale.alias
Nevada build 90:
- 6687539 Update xgc to the opensrc version from X.org
SUNWxwman: remove the drop of openwin/share/man/man1/xgc.1
Nevada build 91:
- 6675742 Deliver xdriinfo into the Nevada gate
SUNWxwplt: remove the import of usr/X11/bin/xdriinfo from
FSWxorg-client-programs now that it's in SUNWxwplt in Nevada
SUNWxwman: remove the import of usr/X11/share/man/man1/xdriinfo.1
from FSWxorg-client-docs now that it's in SUNWxwman in Nevada
- 6701874 Ship mkfontscale [part of LSARC 2008/009]
SUNWxwfsw: remove the import of usr/X11/bin/mkfontscale from
FSWxorg-client-programs now that it's in SUNWxwfsw in Nevada
SUNWxwman: remove the import of usr/X11/share/man/man1/mkfontscale.1
from FSWxorg-client-docs now that it's in SUNWxwman in Nevada
- 6702592 Replace xterm with opensrc version
SUNWxwman: remove the import of usr/X11/share/man/man1/xterm.1 &
resize.1 from FSWxorg-client-docs now that they're in SUNWxwman
in Nevada, remove the drop of usr/openwin/share/man/man1/xterm.1
& openwin/share/man/man1/resize.1 now that they're no longer in
Nevada
SUNWxwplt: remove drop usr/openwin/lib/app-defaults/XTerm and
the following imports from FSWxorg-client-programs
now that they're in SUNWxwopt & SUNWxwpt in Nevada:
usr/X11/bin/xterm
usr/X11/bin/resize
usr/X11/lib/X11/app-defaults/XTerm
(the other xterm files were missed in nv_91, I've filed 6707558 to
fix them in nv_92).
- 6700970 Remove makebdf [part of LSARC 2008/009]
SUNWxwman: remove the drop of usr/openwin/share/man/man1/makebdf.1
SUNWxwplt: remove the drop of usr/openwin/bin/makebdf
