After talking with Tom, the possibility of storing information about the
repository in the catalog/attrs revealed itself as a possibility instead
of storing it in a separate, special configuration.

Is there any reason why I couldn't store the authority name, and other
repository specific information there?

Or would it be better to have this added to server/config.py and have a
server/attrs file in the repo dir?

The advantage to storing it in the catalog is that the client will
receive the same information automatically and we can easily expose it.

Since we can (currently) only have on catalog per repository, it seems
sensible enough.

Thoughts?
