(I asked on indiana-discuss but no one answered, so I'll try here.)

I have a machine running snv_93 which I'd like to image-update to snv_94.
It has a couple of zones on it. What's the best way to update them?

Should I do a regular "pkg image-update" from within each zone, or is
it better to "pkg image-update -R /zones/foo" from the global zone?
If the latter, should I halt the zone before doing the update?

Oh, and according to Dan Price's "field guide" blog [1] IPS doesn't
create automatic ZFS snapshots for non-global zones, so I'll create
one myself.

Are there any other known issues with updating non-global zones?

Thanks,
- Mark
