Hi, This change allows user to specify the be name during image-update. The client.py was not changed yet only bootenv.py, as I am not sure if we want to have it in the pkg(1).
This proposal doesn't change how the functions works, since the be name is an optional argument, so all functionallity is as it was before this proposal and all functions works as it were. In the current proposal if the be name given by the user is already taken then we are trying to create be with the name provided by the libbe. Maybe better would be to throw some error and handle this error on the client side? http://cr.opensolaris.org/~migi/be_bootenv_name_30Aug_3177/ This chenge will be required by the GUI, so before the image-update user will be able to specify name of the BE.
