After addressing comments from Dan, Danek, Jan, Karen, and Glenn;
rebasing it to build 98 since 97 got away; and adding

2914 install-finish script creates a link pointing to itself
http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=2914

I'd like to request re-review. New webrev's are at:

Installer:
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~dminer/dc-681-v2/

Distro Constructor:
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~dminer/dc-681-v2/

Pkg (first is the reduced true changes, second is the full webrev):
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~dminer/pgate-681-v2/
http://cr.opensolaris.org/~dminer/pgate-681-full-v2/

Thanks,
Dave
