There seem to be intermittent errors downloading pyOpenSSL from
sourceforge. If you keep trying, you'll eventually get it. Then copy it
to someplace it won't get deleted, and use that as your backup. :)
You can also copy it from my workspace;
/net/mumak.eng/export/home/dduvall/packaging/pyOpenSSL-0.7.tar.gz
