3330 smf manifest file in wrong location
Is brown-paper-bag bug from my last change to setup.py (bug 2754).

is the fix. I've verified that the package prototype files are the same
as they were before bug 2754, and that they're different after it. Looks
like I was over-zealous in copying the cherrypy and pyopenssl install
configuration.
