Change Summary
==============
* Altered server/config.py:get_status to handle mirror mode (no catalog
available)
* Moved feed link above catlog information on depot index page
* Fixed server/face.py index code to properly handle mirror mode by
omitting catalog and feed information in that mode
* Updated DOCTYPE DTD information to reflect practice advised by
validator.w3.org (what was there before caused a warning -- not an error
-- from the validator)
