True, though given that the problem would arise only for massive transactions anyway, then a few extra (tens?) of seconds probably won't make a huge difference. Then you'd just need to come up with a protocol that allowed for a separate intent POST as necessary, and not for the common case. At least, that's one way out of that particular problem.
