Sure, just pointing out that assuming everyone has a big modern screen is
no longer as safe as it used to be. (At least for now I guess you can
assume no one is running on or remote displaying to something like an iPhone
or Nokia Internet Tablet, but if you start to take cases like those into
account, you're back to always being able to deal with almost any screen
size, with very little minimum you can assume.)
