I was just wondering if there is any specific port range/limit for
the depot.server. I tried starting up a depot service on 1000000000 and it
seems to start fine..

But for the GUI/browser view, will I be able to successfully publish
packages on this depot server? In effect, are there any restrictions on the
permissible port range for starting depot server?
