Gatelings: A couple of things to be aware of with this last fix (6316)
- Error checking has been added, and will fire when your 'prototype'
file comes up empty in a package build.
- We now output a pkgtrans'd package stream containing all of our
packages after building packages.
- 'make clobber' from the top level now also blows away packages.
