I can't answer for Liane, but the following seems like a good reason to add
it to entire (from a build 110 system):
pkg install -nv SUNWonbld
Creating Plan \ Before evaluation:
UNEVALUATED:
+pkg:/[email protected],5.11-0.111:20090331T085525Z
pkg: pkg: the following package(s) violated constraints:
Package pkg:/[email protected],5.11-0.111 conflicts with constraint in
installed pkg:/entire:
Pkg SUNWcsl: Optional min_version: 0.5.11,5.11-0.110 max
version: 0.5.11,5.11-0.110 defined by: pkg:/entire
Without it being in entire, users have to do this to install it:
pkg install [email protected],5.11-0.110
Yup, that was one of the reasons for doing so. I just wasn't sure
since I thought we were leaning towards option 2 at the time. But I'm
actually happy with this one for now.
