A previous commit fixed part of the problem.
If a package has an update available from a repository which is not the
repository from which the package was originally installed, the
Installed Version was not displayed.
This webrev fixes that problem.

The problem was that updatemanager retrieved the details based on
package name rather than package stem. This failed for a package which
was not from the default publisher.
