With the changes in SUNWipkg dependencies to pull in SUNWipkg-um and
SUNWipkg-gui, we should only have to check for SUNWipkg in UM and PM
now. At least that is my understanding.
Bart can you confirm that's the case and will be so going forward so we
can change the check for SUNWipkg only in UM and PM?

This is a simple fix which ensures that SUNWipkg-gui package is
update, if necessary, before update is done.
