The webrev, http://cr.opensolaris.org/~padraig/ips-9889-v1/, fixes 9889 Help doesn't work on UpdateManager
The problem occurs when gnome.program_init is called in Update Manager after calls to get an themed icon. The fix is to call gnome.program_init before getting any icons.
