Ok, thanks. I understand that using this on a desktop machine is
not a typical use.
The alternative here is to require the user to manually create the
repository first using "pkgsend create-repository" and never have the
depot process automatically create one.
But I don't know if that is desirable.
In this case it would certainly help to have a property that
would disable the automatic creation.
