Correct. The patch for cherrypy went into rev 1194.
If that solves the issue for you, that will help determine where the
problem lies, and I'll need to go back and look over the cherrpy
codebase again to see if there is an alternative fix.
What's surprising to me is that I've never seen this problem locally :(
