What make target did you run? The only useful targets in there, really are
<buildid>/slim_import and <buildid>/redist_import. Those will take care of
creating and importing entire for you.
I ran a simple "make -e". That defaults to slim_import. Looking at the
Makefile, it appears that I need to "make 119/redist_import" because
that one builds "entire" also.
