My recent putback for the following bug introduces a PyCurl flag day.
10413 Transport should set NOPROXY for localhost
Versions of pycurl prior to this integration don't know about the
NOPROXY implementation and will traceback. If you're running out of
your workspace's proto area, please clobber and rebuild after taking
this change. The new pycurl package should come with the new pkg client
in the next build, so if you're just performing upgrades everything
should just work.
