I'd like to upgrade the unbundled LDoms Manager package to v1.2
I've included the diffs that need to be made to the pkg gate below
rather than generate a webrev.
I've built a repo using distro import, the LDoms 1.2 SVR4 packages
and the new LDomsManager file which is accessible at (Sun internal)

This looks good to me. When you get a +1 from somebody
like David or Danek, I'll work with you to get your changes
