11209 Status not updated when (un)installing a package after performing
a search in all sources
Two problems are fixed in this webrev.
If a package is installed or removed after searching across all
publishers its status is not updated.
If a package is installed or removed using a package list resulting from
a search in one publisher or all publishers and one then returns to the
package list for the publisher to which the package belongs its status
in that list has not been updated.
