10903 add SUNWttf-kacst to lang-support-arabic
10996 zsh in the default install
11053 SUNWPython is now 2.4.6
11067 SUNWvirt-manager is missing SUNWgtk-vnc-python24 dependency
11179 tcsh has been expected on modern Unices for a while now
11053 and 11067, at least, should be very straightforward and
non-controversial. I expect 10903 should be as well. And I think we need
to make progress on getting all the shells into the default install, but
we've been waiting a while, I guess we can wait another build.
