10476 importer should be capable of resolving package dependencies
against repo
11649 pkgsend include should allow continuation lines in manifests
The importer will now take a -R http://pkg.opensolaris....@entire@...
argument to allow the dependencies of packages being imported from svr4
form to be resolved against already published packages.
Note that the fix for the latter bug also supports continuation lines in
the string passed to manifest.set_contents().
