Today some of our packages have dependencies on current package names,
such as SUNWdhc.

The old named packages will be republished with a dependency on
the new name for that package, so it should work. I suggest just work
on creating your package with old named dependencies for now. Once
the Great Renaming has taken place, then they can be adjusted to
directly use the new names.
