Just an additional note for those on SWAN.  If you downloaded a catalog
from ipkg/dev recently, but upgraded to the newest client software, you
may see manifest verification errors.  In this case, you'll want to
refresh the catalog with the --full option.  This will cause the client
to download a new catalog with the correct manifest signatures.
