I talked to Clay about this and he said that those packages should be
pulled in by IPS. So this is something that the IPS people should look
into to see why SUNWpython26-pyopenssl is not pull into the DC AI build.
I had Cc pkg-discuss and hopefully someone can answer this.

Yes it is in the RE repo we are building with.
