Using the SVR4 packages that are currently in the dock, we see a clash:
Multiple actions with the same path that aren't directories:

I'm wondering though how these were imported before - have they been
redelivered since the last time they were officially imported? There
are logs on directory up in the dock that should indicate when they
came in.
