I think it would be better if tha package name would be something like:
system/kernel/dynamic-reconfiguration/dr-i86pc
or hotplug-x86, or something similaro so the last component of the pkg
name is more informative.
In most cases users would prefer to use the last uniq component name of
a pkg name instead of a full name.
