"/system/library/security/crypto/pkcs11_kms" will be the package name.  If Danek
(or someone else) later wants to break apart /system/libraries into smaller
pieces, the pkcs11 plugins can go in the same place.

As Danek suggested, I think a dash (as in pkcs11-kms) would be
preferable to the underscore unless there is some strong reason to use
the latter.  Most of the packages use dash except in the cases where
underscores are traditional (locale and driver names).

(For example, if pkcs11_kms was a common package name in other
distributions like Fedora or Ubuntu, I could see using the underscore.)
