This manages to suck in the component and package versions, and download
URL from setup.py. I discovered a mistake I made in the m2crypto URL, as
well as the fact that we've been publishing m2crypto with the wrong version
from the beginning. Thankfully, with a version too low. :) I also
corrected some URLs.
This works for me.
