Nope. The packaging team has been talking about functionality like this for some time, but it's been low priority, and requires a bunch of work done on how we build our software. There's also a conflict between wanting to provide all the release-note/bug information and having the metadata in the packages (and the catalog!) grow out of control, prompting some to suggest that we should deliver that metadata not in the package manifest but in an auxiliary file. Of course, that has the downside of not being able to search on the data directly. I think that's where the discussion last left off, though as Alan pointed out, we've been putting some of this metadata into the SRU packages.
